Table Of Contents Formatting Not Matching Heading Style Formatting
In my word document (Microsoft Office Professional 2019 / .docx) all of the headings are setup using the Heading 1 style which is set for font= Arial, Size= 12, and BOLD is turned on. My table of contents is setup to use the Heading 1 style as shown: {TOC \h \z \t "Heading 1,1,Heading 2,2,Heading 3,3" } The table of contents works to capture all of the correct pages, however, where all of the headings in the document are done in all caps, the entries in the table of contents vary from all caps, all caps for the first word or two, to all lowercase as shown below. I've tried to update the Heading 1 style and then doing the "Update Field / Update Entire Table", but the text in the TOC stays the same.
How can I change the chapter or section TOC's indentation without changing the main TOC indentation
Hi, I was using TOC filed code with /b to create a TOC under Section 1 that only shows heading3 title and page numbers. But it always has 0.4" left indentation, how can I set zero indentation just for Section1 TOC, but still keep 0.4" left indentation in the main TOC. Also I want the Section1 TOC should still keep zero indentation after update TOC itself. Please see the picture below. Thanks.How to keep page number font size same in table of contents?
I have a table of contents which has different level with different font size, for example heading1: font size 11, heading2: font size 10. How can I change all page numbers font size in table of content to same font size? From: Heading1………………1 heading2……………………………..2 To: Heading1………….1 heading2…………………2
