Camera - Video Freezing with Surface Laptop 3 AMD
I have an issue where the camera will freeze when I am in a chat. If I call someone one on one then the laptop camera will work as intended. If I join a meeting though then the on-board camera will freeze after about 2 seconds. I can plug in a third party camera via usb-c and it will always work though. I have tried installing the latest device drivers and my computer is up to date. Is this a known issue? Or is there a work around for the Surface Laptop AMD? Thanks! I want to be able to travel without having to carry a third party camera.
