Is there anyway to make shifts private, where only the specific team member that the shift is intended for can see it I can not seem to find a setting to restrict team members to only viewing their own shifts. Short of creating a team for each individual member....is there a way I am missing?10KViews0likes5CommentsShifts - Users unable to clock-in/out with iPhone/iPad App
This started a couple days ago, but none of our users are able to clock into any shifts using the Teams/Shifts app on iPhones or iPads. They press/hold the clock-in button, it spins, and returns w/out clocking them in. Seems to be affecting all users on all shifts. I have verified that it does work on Android mobile, Windows Teams app, and the web app - seems to just be iOS/iPadOS devices affected. I reported the issue to Microsoft via the Admin portal, and it was closed with "no issue found". 🤷 Can someone out there be kind enough to try it on their end so I can see if it's just limited to our tenant/environment? I would like all members of the team to be able to move their shifts to 'open shift' as well as assign open shifts to themselves. I have created a team, made everyone an owner of the team. I have assigned a shifts to that team and included all team members. Only myself and one other member can do what I stated above. The others all still have to ask for permission. All members of the team are also members of other teams in the same account and have shifts, as members, assigned to them in other teams. Is there something I missed? Any suggestion?6KViews0likes4CommentsShifts Issues
We have been using Shifts to create schedules for my work now for a few months. I am having some issues with the schedules not updating and - most recently - someone I set up as an "owner" is not able to edit the schedule he needs to create. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have taken him off and added him again as an owner and it still doesn't seem to work ...5.3KViews0likes1CommentTime report export from Shifts app has stopped working
On the Teams app (both desktop and web): Attempting to export the clock in/out data via Shifts App--> Settings-->Time Clock-->Export No file is generated/not prompted to save. This has been working up till recently. Can anyone confirm whether this is working for them? Thanks, BobSolved5.1KViews0likes8CommentsShifts group schedule conflict
I have a list of groups and some members are in multiple groups , if i scheduled a member in one group they can also be scheduled at the same time in another group is their something im doing wrong or a way so a member can only be scheduled for one time slot per day?.5KViews0likes2CommentsStrange "Other" Group appearing in Shifts
We are quite heavy users of shifts. Over the last couple of days we've noticed that a new group has appeared in the schedule called "Other". None of the owners of the team made it and it's completely locked down - you can't add/remove members, shuffle member order, rename the group or delete the group as the functions don't appear or are greyed out (screenshots attached). Has anyone seen this before? Or any idea on how to get rid of it? It's essentially stopping us from using the schedule as there are some shifts that are stuck in there.Solved4.7KViews1like5CommentsShifts has gone from Teams menu
Hi All We have noticed that Shifts has disappeared from Teams. No trace of it in the application or the web view. Looking in the Teams Admin portal, it doesn't appear in under App Permission Policies - it was on Global before this mechanism was implemented - also note that Webpages can't be added as a tab, whereas they could before too. I've updated the global policy and saved, given a few hours but still no sign of this or webpages many thanks4.1KViews0likes1Comment
