STEP ONE: Download your video from a camera or phone Clipchamp lets you store it in a variety of places, including your local drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Stream. You’ll be able to see and access your file from any of these locations and immediately start editing in Clipchamp, whether you recorded at 4k resolution (horizontal pixel count of approximately 4,000) or just High Definition (HD: 720-pixel image resolution). STEP TWO: Start editing Once in Clipchamp, move through your recording at whatever speed you need, all the way down to frame-by-frame. Clipchamp’s interface provides editing tools to trim, cut, crop, and adjust your video. You’ll be able to add text, transitions, graphics, effects, or color filters. It’s an easy step to use features like the editing timeline for adding or deleting videos, importing outside images, or adding audio clips. You can even split your video into smaller clips using the GIF format for clips smaller than 15 seconds. STEP THREE: Use your video Once you’re done, just hit Export and you can save your files into whatever video format you need, including MP4, MOV, or WMV.
