setup
4 TopicsTrying to sign up for Free Teams
I am trying to setup Teams for a customer of ours (.@custname1.com) but it seems that I cannot for some reason. When I do it gives me the error that " hasn't been added to your organization's directory. Or contact Admin or try a different email"" Now I had done this this way for a 3rd customer(.@custname2.com) and it went OK. I did find out that (.@custname1.com) is a guest in someone's else's Teams. But the customer of custname1.com wants Teams themselves so they can use it as well. Would that be the reason why I cannot set it up for them?1.1KViews0likes1CommentUnable to set-up teams: "Someone has already set up teams for your organisation"
I would like to use Microsoft teams for my small business, but when I try to sign into my Microsoft Account to use Teams (I have Microsoft 365), I get a message saying that "Someone has already set up teams for your organisation" meanwhile I am the owner of the organisation. I looked online for a solution and wasn't sure whether it was an issue with the domain in the email address I was using. So I created a new Microsoft Account and was able to get into Teams but now I do not have access to the contacts on my Outlook needed for my meetings. Is there a way to solve this issue so that I am able to sign into the original account with all the contacts or otherwise, is there a way for me to copy all my contacts to the new account so that I can pay and be able schedule meetings through Outlook?1.2KViews0likes1CommentBest Way For Business to be Setup...?
I'm looking for the best way to setup our channel/teams... for all of our locations so we can better identify synergies from all of our different locations. I would like it to be setup as a constant open live forum for topical discussions. The video feature would only be used temporarily to be determined later.1.2KViews0likes1Comment
