Hello Currently on VDI (Citrix), only a single incoming video stream is supported in meetings or group calls. When there are multiple participants sending their video, only the dominant speaker’s video is shown at any time. Does Microsoft plan to increase this limit? Is there a roadmap for Microsoft Teams on VDI ? Thank you for your answers2.7KViews1like1CommentTeams Tags MS Roadmap Feature 81803. More information?
Microsoft_Teams_team - On September 27, the Microsoft Roadmap reflected that Feature ID 81803 has changed to status "Launched." The description includes the following: "...you can receive notification for tag membership changes or search for tags in Teams. Tags will also now have a description field so that you can add more details to a tag." I am not able to find any of these features in Teams Desktop or Teams Web. I reviewed the MS article "Using tags in Teams" and there is no mention of these features there. There is no "more info" link in the MS Roadmap listing either. Can anyone point to documentation about these new features?1.8KViews1like6CommentsAny Plans to add this to Microsoft Teams Meeting rooms
Hello I thought I read somewhere that it may be possible for a user to enter a room with a teams enabled mobile device and a Teams certified meeting room device such as a Polycom Trio and it recognize the user and show them as a meeting participant. As I work for a financial institution this would be very beneficial from a few use cases 1) The able to determine a user would help enable certain regulatory needs , such as recording auto-enable for a user that is in a particular group for example Market Traders 2) To secure a meeting room so a person that is not suppose to be in a meeting cant just walk into a room itself and click on join from the in room devices 3) Because its an wow experience , being able to walk into a room and the meeting starts based of the mobile client or other factors and bring the screen live/documents that is needed etc and ready for a meeting in seconds rather than 5 mins that it seems to get a meeting started.1.2KViews0likes1Comment
