P4W: One Board is not enough. We need Multiple Boards and different Task types
One Board is simply not enough to run a project, as you are dealing with different Teams and Task types. Every project team and task types might have different stages/buckets. For example: The Marketing Team and Logistics Team has a completely different project delivery workflow but I must manage them together in one project plan. All of a sudden: there are no different task types in Project. I use categories or write letters in the title, which is very difficult to handle, as the categories are mixed with so many others (like countries for example). So: I need different task types and different boards in one project to manage everything. While thinking how to stick into Ms Project as an alternative to other Task management Systems. This is one big dealbreaker for me. One Idea to solve it: Forget the main tasks in the board and show the checklist points only. So you would be indepentent of the planned tasks (I guess thats your main problem when thinking of multiple boards)

Project for the Web - weekends
Hi We have recently begun using Project for the Web and frankly, it has been great. It has made a big difference, however, there is one small snag. As an IT company, we often work on a weekend, but it appears we cannot schedule work for Saturday or Sunday in Project for the Web. All the information I can find to set up the workdays on a project refer to Project Desktop client, but nothing for Project for the Web. We get the following error 'Task start moved to the next working day' and it reschedules to the next working day. I have attached a small video showing the issue. I would appreciate any pointers you may have for being able to set a task to be worked on a weekend. Thank you Leigh

Projects are shared with me even though I am not a member...?
I am very new to Project for the web. I don't understand why I see other projects, with someone (not me) and the project lead for which there are no members, in my Shared with me list of projects. Why would something appeared shared with me when my name is not mentioned anywhere in the project or its tasks? I have a Project Plan 3 license. We have a PWA/Project Online site collection but I'd really like to not have it anymore and only have Project for the web.
