Help- When I go onto the chat on a teams call, everything zoom/glitches
Recently, when I've been on a teams video call (on my computer teams app) and I go onto the chat, the whole screen view has changed. It becomes sort of zoomed in and very difficult to navigate. I can only go up and down by trying to click up through the chat messages or by trying to zoom out a lot so that I'm able to see the chat exit sign and I am not able to see any of the people in the call or any of the functions like leave/mute.... If I'm able to reach the exit button, once the chat is left the screen view goes back to normal. It's really annoying, please let me know how to fix this. Thanks
[Help] Microsoft Teams offers to transfer call from device that I'm not using
Hello everyone. I was using Microsoft Teams on my cellphone when suddenly the app closed and once I opened it again it gave the option to transfer the call to "this" device (my cellphone which I was currently using) or to stay in the other device. The thing is, I was not using any other device. I do have MT registered on my PC but it was closed. Has this happened to any of you? Why does this happen?
Outlook Share to Teams problem
The new Share to Teams functionality is now available in our tenant, both online and in the desktop client. In Outlook online the search for people, teams and channels works great but in the desktop client it's far from perfect. Searching using a team name in the desktop client returns no channel results at all while the online version does. The desktop client only returns people and chats, not channels. Are anyone else experiencing the same or is it only us?
User is offline for specific tenant
Hello dear colleagues, I have a some how mysterious problem. One of my customers is not able to write me on Teams. We both see each other as Skype user. I can write him, he can replay but only for a short moment. After som time he cannot write a message or call my anymore. Yesterday I created a new Tenant for a customer and I used this Tenant for some test. He can write to a user inside this Tenant, everything works normal. When This new user tries to write to my Teams account he get the same error message as my customer "This user is unavailable or offline. We've sent an email instead." (fun fact, I do not receive any mails). So I think it is an problem/miss configuration with our company Tenant. Any ideas? I created a personal teams app with a SharePoint communication site and a couple of stream videos. I had some problems with the SharePoint and Stream Video access rights. These problems are solved since both is available for all company users. But a couple of users still get the same error message as before. It's working fine in the browser of the respective users but not on their local teams client. I already tried to delete the teams client cache file (%appdata%/microsoft/teams/*) but it's still not working. Any other ideas how to solve a teams client cache problem? I am currently a student in my third year. About 2 years ago I set a stupid picture as my profile picture as I thought it would be funny However, I recently tried to change it back to normal but nothing has changed. It tells me that I have the blank autofill profile picture however when I'm in meetings I can clearly see that the old profile picture is still there If I do not have the standard one by the end of the week I will receive a punishment so any help is appreciated
Problem during Live event broadcast
Hello~ My organization has been using live events for a while, I personally have been producer of 4-5. We do the broadcast connecting multiple speakers from different countries, so everyone in the organization can become more connnected. Yesterday we hosted one of our quarterly events where the C-level provides updates about the company....the event was going well, everyone in all the locations were doing a great job, but at the end something went wrong, at some point, not sure why the image disapeared. The attendees were still able to listen, the audio was fine, but the image couldn't be moved to the live feed, I tried pulling only the share screen, having only the webcam, having both, nothing worked. I also tried to leave the event and join again, use another producer account, nothing working. This happened after the event have been going smoothly for about 45-50mins, all the suddlen the image that was live (ppt+webcam) disapeared (when this happen, no changes were being done to the broadcast, we were just listening to a presentation), when I as producer tried to put any content in the live feed I got an error message (but no error number), see screencap below:Files in ORG are gone and noone is able to upload any new files.
Hey everyone, I'd like to resolve an issue here. Seems like all files from our org have disappeared, atleast from the "files tab" (you cant see any files there)... we can probably still scroll back to the original post where the file was uploaded but when you click on it it says "unexpected error" And the other thing is, that we can not upload any files in chats or team channels. The upload gets stuck at 10% and wont ever finish. So... if anyone is able to tell me, where the problem is, I'd be glad... or is it just the problem of having "free ms Teams" ? Microsof Teams make me leave the chat without doing anything
I have a very big issue. I have a free account and I login the app with my company email address. To chat with members of another organization they start a new meeting inviting me via email, I enter the meeting and the chat, but suddenly after the call is closed, without any reason, it appears that I left the chat so I can't write anymore, I've been trying to understand the source of the problem for weeks. A colleague of mine follows the same procedures and has no problem, he never left the chat.
