I've created a simple app using App Studio. It's basically 2 tabs that display 2 different SharePoint sites. I installed the app successfully, but when I access the app in Teams desktop, both tabs are blank. When I access the same app thru Teams in the browser, it displays both tabs/sites correctly. Has anyone seen this or know of a way to fix the issue? Most of our users use the desktop Teams app to access Teams. Recently, when I've been on a teams video call (on my computer teams app) and I go onto the chat, the whole screen view has changed. It becomes sort of zoomed in and very difficult to navigate. I can only go up and down by trying to click up through the chat messages or by trying to zoom out a lot so that I'm able to see the chat exit sign and I am not able to see any of the people in the call or any of the functions like leave/mute.... If I'm able to reach the exit button, once the chat is left the screen view goes back to normal. It's really annoying, please let me know how to fix this. Hi! I am having issues with not being able to access shared files in a channel from the Teams app on my Android mobile devices (Sony Xperia and Samsung Galaxy tab). The tab appears, but if I click on it it looks empty. * I can share files from my phone and tablet to the channel, and they appear on my laptop, but not on the mobile devices. * I can also access the files through the "Latest files" tab, but not sorted by channel. * I can access the files on my laptop both through the web interface and the desktop app. Has anyone experienced this/been able to fix it? Hi there, I have a problem where all the team images in the Microsoft Teams Windows 10 app are a default grey image (I've uploaded a screenshot as an attachment). The proper images do show for other members and on my mobile app. I've tried reinstalling Teams and clearing the cach by deleting the Teams appdata folder. I've also tried logging in with another account from the same organisation. For that account in the same Windows 10 app, the team images do show properly. The new Share to Teams functionality is now available in our tenant, both online and in the desktop client. In Outlook online the search for people, teams and channels works great but in the desktop client it's far from perfect. Searching using a team name in the desktop client returns no channel results at all while the online version does. The desktop client only returns people and chats, not channels. Hello everyone! Since past month i noticed what my Teams application for Windows started to use a lot part of my CPU just working in the background. So no chats, conferencing or any communications, just backgroud work with a 30% of CPU consumption. I have Core i5-8265U laptop, which actually quite powerfull CPU, and i'm sure this is not a normat situation. How can i find the cause? I have a very big issue. I have a free account and I login the app with my company email address. To chat with members of another organization they start a new meeting inviting me via email, I enter the meeting and the chat, but suddenly after the call is closed, without any reason, it appears that I left the chat so I can't write anymore, I've been trying to understand the source of the problem for weeks. Hello dear colleagues, I have a some how mysterious problem. One of my customers is not able to write me on Teams. We both see each other as Skype user. I can write him, he can replay but only for a short moment. After som time he cannot write a message or call my anymore. Yesterday I created a new Tenant for a customer and I used this Tenant for some test. He can write to a user inside this Tenant, everything works normal. When This new user tries to write to my Teams account he get the same error message as my customer "This user is unavailable or offline. We've sent an email instead." (fun fact, I do not receive any mails). So I think it is an problem/miss configuration with our company Tenant. Any ideas? About 2 years ago I set a stupid picture as my profile picture as I thought it would be funny However, I recently tried to change it back to normal but nothing has changed. Hello~ My organization has been using live events for a while, I personally have been producer of 4-5. We do the broadcast connecting multiple speakers from different countries, so everyone in the organization can become more connnected. Yesterday we hosted one of our quarterly events where the C-level provides updates about the company....the event was going well, everyone in all the locations were doing a great job, but at the end something went wrong, at some point, not sure why the image disapeared. The attendees were still able to listen, the audio was fine, but the image couldn't be moved to the live feed, I tried pulling only the share screen, having only the webcam, having both, nothing worked. I also tried to leave the event and join again, use another producer account, nothing working. This happened after the event have been going smoothly for about 45-50mins, all the suddlen the image that was live (ppt+webcam) disapeared (when this happen, no changes were being done to the broadcast, we were just listening to a presentation), when I as producer tried to put any content in the live feed I got an error message (but no error number), see screencap below:Solved1.5KViews0likes1Comment
