135 Topicserror occurred with Powerpoint recording
Hello Community, I have been trying to record a PPT presentation and the moment I stop the recording, this message pops up - "An error occurred with recording. Please try again." I have tried couple of basic troubleshooting, but this won't change. Can anyone please suggest what must be the reason for this error. Hi I have a PPT deck which I have converted to a PPS (show) file and uploaded to a sharepoint site. When this opens online, it does not open in full screen as you would see when opening it from the desktop. Therefore, I have amended the URL to replace the "Doc.aspx?" text with "WopiFrame2.aspx" which presents the deck in a better format (you don't see the slides down the left hand side), and then inserted the URL into a button on a webpage. Unfortunately, users experience success in some browsers and not others - it is a mixed bag of results. This solution doesn't seem reliable right now, but asking if anyone has any ideas to get success across all browsers or a macro on a button on the first slide which opens the deck in full screen or any other solution that will just have the online deck open directly in full screen? Noticed this first on the 16.65 build. Running on an M1 MBP with macOS Ventura latest beta (7) Powerpoint's "arrange" menu item does not work with a mouse. Initially was using MX3 mouse with logioptions, removed Logioptions and the issue remains. I can select "Arrange" and navigate to align etc with the arrow keys but there is no response from using a mouse. I updated to the latest build on the beta channel (22090700) and the issue is the same. Assume that is a bug. At least the arrow keys provide a workaround for now.3.7KViews2likes12CommentsUnable to export powerpoint to word
Good evening, I am struggling to export a PowerPoint presentation to word. I have tried and I keep getting an error message come up which states 'PowerPoint couldn't write to Microsoft word.' However some slides appear converted and others do not. I have tried compressing images in order to reduce the file and still had no luck. I have been on the phone to someone from Microsoft for the last 30 minutes trying to resolve with no luck and they have directed me here. I need to export this for my studies as it is the only way it will be accepted and really need some help. I recently had some help from Microsoft as my tabs kept closing and changes were made to my computer so could have something to do with it. Please help 😕 I look forward to hearing from you. Hi, y'all, [Case #:1037109034] I've been trying to create a presentation on PowerPoint and use an add-on to create interactive polls - Mentimeter.com. However, when I try to present the slideshow from the very first slide and it reaches one of the two Mentimeter.com slides - it crashes and restarts. It does not show the slide on my Windows 10 device. However, I tried the exact same presentation (file) on a different Windows laptop and it works fine. Unsure if it is my version of PowerPoint or the Mentimeter.com add-on that's causing this issue. The file is saved on OneDrive as it is shared between myself and one more person. The restarting issues only happen on my laptop when opened through the PowerPoint App. When I try to load the file online via OneDrive - the slides appear but are not as interactive as when they are downloaded. Can you help?2.1KViews0likes0Comments
