Importing multiple photos into 2019 PowerPoint for Mac
I am trying to import multiple photos into PowerPoint on the Mac and want them to go into separate slides. I used to be able to do this on earlier versions using Photo Album in PowerPoint but I don't seem to be able to find Photo Album in the latest PowerPoint version. Any advice gratefully received
Font in word don't change between regular and bold. PowerPoint do.
Hi, I have install a font from the font book on my mac. The font have both regular, bold, italian and bold+italian. I can see and chose the font in my office programmes, so no problems here. When testing the font in PowerPoint I can see a clear different between bold and regular text. However, when testing it in word regular text and bold text is shown as the same. Hi everyone, Does anyone also experience an issue where office apps close without notification but no event is registered about app crash? the only thing I found was, when an app (Excel for example) closes this is the event registered during the close: Microsoft Office 16 Alerts - 300 Activated App Id=fe93bfe1-7947-460a-a5e0-7a5906b51360, DisplayName= Insights, Provider=Microsoft, StoreType=Exchange, StoreId=886421C7EDF9954FA71B61309A06F7C1 P1: Apps for Office P2: 16.0.13929.20222 P3: P4: This only happens to one of my users but I don't want this to be some issue that will spread. unable to update Office for Mac
Hi. No matter how many times I try, and whatever “update channel” is selected, none of the Office for Mac applications will update. I am using one of the latest Mac Mini computers running the latest version of Big Sur. If anybody else has this problem, I would be very interested to know! Also, will this update give the ability to have a combination of the two page orientations in Word? I do have a PC, but have a disability affecting my keyboard use, and find that word prediction software for people with disabilities is now too unstable in Windows and affected by application sandboxing. I also prefer Word’s proof reading in Mac as it will use purchased secondary TTS voices. In Windows, Word will only use Microsoft’s own voices which is really annoying as I own CereProc’s Jack & Jess which are far easier to listen to! Thanks, Sarah Lime Assistive Technology Ltd
PowerPoint on M1 Mac does not work properly
Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I have been using an M1 MacBook for several months now. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing significant issues with PowerPoint. Some functions do not work. Among them are objects arrangement, object alignment, and object grouping as well as making text bold, in italics, or aligned. I have been using Teams or the browser version to make those edits, but I am sick of it. Today, I reinstalled the app but the bugs remain. Does anyone have suggestions? Thank you very much! Unable to use Forms in PowerPoint
I get "Office 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office store add-ins" when I try to insert a Forms form in PowerPoint. I am Office 365 admin, and I have permitted the app (in "Admin Center -> Settings -> Integrated apps") for "Entire organization" a few days ago. Is it a bug, or am I missing a step or two?
Kleine Symbole in benutzerdefiniertem Menüband (Powerpoint)
Hallo zusammen, im PPT-Menüband (Ribbon) habe ich mir (neben Start, Einfügen, etc.) ein eigenes Tab angelegt. in das Tab habe ich mir die Funktionen hineingelegt, die ich am meisten benutze. Leider sind das für die Darstellung auf meinem Bildschirm zu viele. Grund dafür ist u.a.., dass jedes Icon in voller Größe dargestellt wird (mir würde die reduzierte Größe reichen). --> Was ich mit voller und reduzierter Größe meine habe ich im Anhang beigefügt. Jedes Tab in den Office Menübändern ist außerdem in Gruppen unterteilt, in denen thematisch zusammengehörige Funktionen geclustert werden. Was ich jetzt schon herausgefunden haben ist, dass wenn ich genau 6 Funktionen in einer Gruppe zusammenfasse, die letzten 3 in reduzierter Größe dargestellt werden. Es sind aber immer die letzten 3 und es funktioniert auch nur bei genau 6 Funktionen in einer Gruppe. 1. Ich würde gerne selbst entscheiden (am besten unabhängig von Gruppierungen und Gruppengrößen) welche Funktionen in welcher Größe dargestellt werden. 2. Im allerbesten Fall würde ich sogar gerne Gruppen in Gruppen darstellen, wie auf dem zweiten beigefügten Screenshot. Wenn ich eine Lösung für 1 fände, wäre mir aber schon einmal erheblich geholfen. Falls dazu jemand Erfahrungen oder gar eine Lösung hat, wäre ich sehr dankbar. Viele Grüße David
