Flow to notify the change when group by by parent column
I have a situation like this, on my sharepoint list there are 2 of type Person or Group, 1 column is parent, 1 column is child with Allow multiple selections option. I tried using the alert me function, the group by parent column statistics is very difficult because my number of records is very large and will be changed at the same time by the user, so I need another solution to notify the change when group by by parent column and show what child column has been changed. Then will send me a statistical email as I want to display the group by parent column information which records have changed and what changed. Please guide me!
