Long time Poly user. Pernille-Eskebo. When are you going to finally resolve the video issues on the X Series from Poly. The video bars when in abled for teams have 2 functions. 1. Audio 2. Video When the second function does not work, what is the point of the system. You've had well over a year now to improve your software on this system. I've had several tickets opened with you regarding this issue alone. It's embarrassing to say the least that this alone issue continues to be present.
