People search not possible in top Search Bar
We have disabled the chat feature for most of the users in the company. And it's not possible for these users to look for other users in the search bar. But they can add users to their contacts as you can see here: (same search as above) For the other users with chat, Teams and all the other nice features the people lookup works perfectly. Is this a Bug or a Feature? And is it associated with the fact that the CHAT function is disabled?
