Cannot add staff or add Business Information
Hi All of sudden, I am getting "The business hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or start time that comes after and end time". Business Information are all blank. When I try to add the business information, I get the error message above. It also does not allow me to add new staff , and show the identical error message. I don't want to lose all of my calendar entry. What should I do to mitigate this situation. I was using "book resources when free", against 2 place holder user account with overlapping times. Greatly appreciate any help. Thank you so much. David

Under the hood, does it utilize Microsoft Graph to schedule and send these emails? Custom Email Templates: I aim to bypass the default email notifications and implement customized templates for client communications. Is it possible to disable the standard email-sending feature in Microsoft Bookings and instead trigger my custom email workflow, perhaps using Microsoft Graph or another method?
MS Bookings Calendar
How do I have a separate bookings calendar to my personal calendar on outlook/MS teams? i.e. I want to organise 2 hour meetings however I am not the host and will be in other meetings at the time. MS booking doesnt allow me to book times when my calendar shows 'busy'. Is there a way around thisHow to prevent double-bookings on my MS Bookings page.
I've created a Service on my booking page, and have submitted a meeting request for Tuesday Feb 27 at 11:00am. I go back to the booking page (acting like a second person) to book a meeting during the same date and the 11:00am timeslot still shows available. I am trying to prevent double-bookings. What can I do to ensure that "booked" date and timeslot is no longer available once a confirmation email and schedule goes out? TIA.
How to stop receiving booking notification when I am no longer a part of the booking service
Hello, I was a previous admin of this booking service but I have transition to a different area so I had to assign a new admin and remove myself. I still continue to get email notification when someone books an appointment. The new admin confirmed I am no longer a part of the booking. Is there anything else we need to look into? Hi all, We have a booking calendar set to be only accessed through people in our organization. Making some test, we have realized that once I'm logged into MS Bookings, I am able to make an appointment with any email (including other members emails) making possible to block a buddy calendar making several appointments if I want. We need to avoid this scenary to start using MS Bookings. There are any way to set automatically the email in the appointment without the needed of specificate it? Best regards Luis
