Change Working Folder in Migration Manager agent to a mapped drive cannot be done?
Hello there. I have a mapped drive that has about 10 TB of free space and want to use that as working folder. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/sharepointmigration/mm-setup-clients?WT.mc_id=365AdminCSH_spo#working-folder But when I entered that drive, say X:\ it says it is not a valid drive. Working folder C:\Users\root_smith\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SPMigration\Logs Edit Working folder path For example: C:\Documents\Logs Validate Storage drive does not exist. Enter an existing drive. Does it have to be a non-mapped drive to work? Thank you
SPMT and Migration Manager support for migrating from one SharePoint Online site to another
Does SPMT or Migration Manager supports migrating content from one SharePoint Online site to another site within the same SharePoint Online tenant? As per my understanding, both tools do not support migration from SharePoint Online but wanted to confirm.
Sharepoint migration connected Excel Queries
we have a problem at work that we can not find out, we ran Sharepoint migration manager and moved from onprem server to sharepoint online. Questions arose regarding EXCEL links if they still work after moving to sharepoint. We tested some excel sheets that had been moved to sharepoint, these turned out to have changed automatically from link to H: // share / HR / excel link to link "Sharepoint.company.com/sites/HR-bibliotek/EXCEL"…. Does this mean that sharepoint migration manager is changing all connected links to files connected that has been moved to sharepoint? I need to find som facts that sharepoint migration manager or excel workbooks change these connections to the files that have been moved to sharepoint online.
