microsoft 365 a3
3 TopicsWhat are the licensing requirements and data privacy settings for Microsoft Booking?
We are currently using the Office 365 A1. I'm interested in implementing Bookings for students to schedule appointments with faculty members, where all staff can view each other's appointments on a centralized system calendar. Regarding the A3 license upgrade for Bookings: 1. I'm uncertain if only one A3 license is needed for the faculty member setting up Bookings, or if we also need to upgrade licenses for faculty members who will use it, or if upgrading to A3 for all faculty and students is required, which could be costly. Can a single staff member subscribe to Microsoft 365 A3, while others continue using Office 365 A1 and still access Microsoft Bookings? Regarding data privacy: 2. Can other staff members see the names of those who booked them? Is there an option to hide client information in the calendar view so that staff can only see when they are booked without revealing client details? Regarding student access: 3. Is it possible for students who are not subscribed to Microsoft 365 A3 to book appointments using Microsoft Bookings? Regarding trials: 4. Is there a free trial version available for Microsoft Bookings that we could test before committing to a subscription? Hoping for your immediate response. Thank you for your assistance.484Views0likes0CommentsLog out from Office 365 account
Hello everyone, We have a Microsoft 365 A3 license, which is used on school computers by students without a Windows Active Directory. I'm looking for a powershell script that can sign out a student from Microsoft 365 account on a computer after they log out, so other students won't have access to it after logging back in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.1.1KViews0likes2CommentsQuestion about Intune for Education (does it include standard Intune - yes/no?)
I'm having a hard time figuring out if Intune for Education, included with Microsoft 365 A3/A5, includes the regular version of Intune PLUS Intune for Education, or if it ONLY includes Intune for Education, but NOT the regular version of Intune. Can anyone please confirm? I've read these pages and the answer is not spelled out clearly enough for me to confidently know the answer: When to use Intune for Education versus full Intune console for schools - Microsoft Tech Community When to use Intune for Education versus full Intune console for schools - Microsoft Tech Community What is Intune for Education? | Microsoft Docs Thanks in advance.Solved5.5KViews0likes5Comments
