5 Topics911 Emergency address and iphone Teams app
Testing 911 with Teams app (via 933) using Teams and Operator connect. I have user emergecny calling policy enabled to use external location lookup. On the iPhone (15), I also have location services for Teams enabled and precise location "on". When I open the Teams app, the map correctly shows the location; I allow it to be used. I dial 933 and the address it determined is indeed correct, but it says "low confidence" and would have gone to screening center. I've tried a few different things and from a few locations with same result - the address/location is identified correctly, but 933 test call still says it was low confidence. I can't figure out why or how to get it to be recognized as a "valid" address to not go to screening center.826Views0likes2CommentsTeams iphone App Notifications with two accounts
I have two accounts connected to my iphone Teams app. One account shows notifications that are not there. I've toggled the clear app data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've cleared chache on my desktop app for the account that is showing false notifications. I've turned notifications off in settings. It seems to have tiggered when I changed my password, but not sure if that is a coincidence. Any suggestions?5.5KViews2likes11CommentsMicrosoft Teams is not listed on my iphone's privacy microphone setting
Hi! My problem is that Microsoft Teams is not listed on my iphone's privacy microphone setting, where apps requesting access to my phone's microphone should be listed, therefore I can't allow microphone access and can't make calls etc. on Teams. I tried everything, nothing I Googled helped, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (multiple times!), tried installing the app using a different apple ID too. I tried clearing app data both via iPhone settings menu via Teams' settings menu etc. When I first ever installed the app I probably disabled the microphone access, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it only asks me again if I allow notifications, but doesn't ask me if I allow microphone or camera any more. There's no option for me to click Agree. Please would Microsoft be able to fix this phenomenon on the app and send an app update or help some way? I echo everyone's comment on here too: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/unable-to-grant-mic-permission-on-teams-ipad-app/93e2504c-3664-4801-bebf-d2e557f92928 Just like in @Fatima_470's post under Settings>Teams app>Allow Teams to Access list, Microphone (and Camera) is not listed either. All the mentioned issues seem to be still unresolved.Solved45KViews0likes24CommentsCan't Save or download Photo from Teams to iPhone Photos
If I open the share options in Teams for a jpg photo, it does not show an option to "Save" the photo. I need to save it to my iOS Photos, but cannot. Any help greatly appreciated! I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, running the latest iOS 13 software and the most up to date Teams app.54KViews2likes13Comments
