Cannot wipe iPhone from Intune
Hi! I have Corp enrolled iPhone fully managed with DEP and Enroll with User Affinity. It works fine except when I try to wipe a phone. iPhone 13 with iOS 17.3 If I restart the phone without signing in with PIN-code, all I can do from Intune Admin Center is restart the device. If I try to wipe, nothing happends until I login to the phone with the PIN-code. Then it starts the wipe. Same thing with Remove Passcode, nothing happens before I login with PIN-code. Is this by design? It's a problem when employe leave the company without handing us their PIN-code.
Tasks list won't display on iPhone 13
hello: I recently upgraded from an old Mac running OS Big Sur to a new one running OS Monterey, and at the same from an old iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 13. In both cases I ported everything over, including Microsoft To Do. To Do works perfectly on my Mac, but on my iPhone I can't get it it to display my Tasks, which are all under the 'Tasks' icon. Every time I press 'Tasks', it takes me to "My Day," which I don't use, and which consequently is empty. What can I do to get it to display my Tasks on the iPhone? Thank you.
