Is a International Calling plan needed? (US-US number but mad internationally?)
I have a weird scenario my partner dreamed up on a call the other day. Their customer has employee's that travel to South America, Argentina and Chile frequently. The question here is, if a US based user travels to Chile and already has a US domestic calling plan and us based number, while they abroad and make a call back to the US to another user who is a US based user. Will they need international calling plan in order for the call to connect? Both users? or just the one in Chile? I know that the call being supported in an foreign data center may impact their need to have an International calling plan.
