Change language and content of Microsoft Bookings event calendar notes and staff confirmation email
Hi, I made a chatbot that allows clients to book a meeting in Bookings with the Microsoft Graph API. Everything seems to work as expected, except the confirmation notes/messages seen by the staff (I'm not sure what they are called, see examples below) in the Bookings calendar and the confirmation email. When booking using the embedded web application (iframe), this message contains the security time buffers and is in French, but when using the API, the time buffer is not shown and the language is English. I haven't been able to locate how and where can I edit/format this message, does anyone here can help me? How Bookings creates an Outlook Event
Is there a way to customize the way bookings creates an event in outlook? When a client books an appointment, I'd like the title of the event outlook to be the name of the customer's business and its phone number. I haven't seen a way to do this within the bookings settings.
