emergency calling
4 TopicsMicrosoft Teams - Operator Connect Emergency calls (Spain)
Hi, We are testing in LAB with Operator Connect the Emergency calls in SPAIN (number 112). The configuration in the Tenant for Emergency calls seems to be OK. If we test the Emergecy calls with DR it is working fine, the emergency address is showed correctly in Teams client and it is notified to the Notifiacion group. But if we test with a Operator Connet number seems to be a normal call and it is not notified to the Notification group... Are supported the emergency call routing policy for Operator Connect? Is there any configuation dedicated for Emergency calls Operator Connect? Thank you, Regards David Lozano821Views0likes1CommentDynamic Emergency Calling
Some assistance please in those who have configured Dynamic Emergency Call Routing When it comes to Set-CsOnlineLisSubnet for the subnets. For example, the persons IP address is 10.10.10.100 If I enter the subnet as 10.10.10.0 Then the emergency address doesn't pick up. I can't use CIDR format when adding subnets as it's not an accepted format. If I enter the subnet as 10.10.10.100 (person's IP address) then the emergency address shows and the correct information (location etc) goes out in the SIP packet to the Direct Routing SBC. How do I cover the whole subnet as I can't enter each IP address manually? I must be missing something I'm sure! Thanks in advanceSolved4.4KViews0likes6CommentsDirect Routing Emergency Calling
I recently watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSz8Klbx27M It was a great video but it left me with a question about emergency calling through direct routing when you don't care about dynamic location services. If you are using direct routing and don't care about dynamic locations do you still need to setup the emergency routing policy to specifically route 911 calls? If you just have a normal voice route that captures the 911 digits is that sufficient to transfer the call to the carrier and then have them deal with the 911 call however they would?2.5KViews0likes1Comment
