76 Topics- Onenote Files used in Malware attacksHi Folks, Any comments or recommendations regarding the increase of attacks via onenote files as noted in the below articles? I'm seeing a increased number of recommendations for blocking .one and .onepkg mail attachments. One issue is onepkg files currently cannot be added to the malware filter. https://www.securityweek.com/microsoft-onenote-abuse-for-malware-delivery-surges/ https://labs.withsecure.com/publications/detecting-onenote-abuse B JoshuaSolved50KViews0likes2Comments
- Attack Simulator ReportingHi, I have a query about the reporting period for the phishing attack simulator? I would like the campaign to send out the emails over 2 day's, but wish the reporting period to be for 2 weeks. In the settings the default setting is 2 day's. Does this mean that the reporting will still be ongoing after the 2 days? If the answer is no, is it possible to change this setting on an ongoing simulator campaign? Many thanks,48KViews1like0Comments
- How to troubleshoot sensitivity Labels – Part 1Often people came and asked this same question. Although all my eventual on-hands experience would increase, it can be tricky to answer to this question, or even just to give a straightforward method. To understand any kind of steps in a troubleshooting process, you have to know the product, know its features or purpose, and what's required to deploy it and/or in what order. Please join in as we share a few steps on how to troubleshoot sensitivity labels through this series. Hope you enjoy.20KViews11likes13Comments
- Phishing Simulator report showing bots - what are they?Hi we recently ran a phishing simulation and two results came back as: 162.125.34.244 DropboxPreviewBot/1.0 52.114.75.71 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) SkypeUriPreview Preview/0.5 Both of these are non UK (we are based in UK) So it looks like they are bots/crawlers, but how are they associated with the email of two of our users, which say they clicked the link... I am no bot expert either but what is actually happening here? Thanks Neil12KViews0likes1Comment
