Can Microsoft offer EA agreement to existing CSP from one region to another without
Hi Everyone It is more of a legal question, but I hope someone can help in such a scenario. Microsoft approached one existing CSP client who worked with a partner for a long time. They offered an EA agreement under conditions that are much better than CSP. So my question is, can Microsoft approach and have discussions with a client currently linked to another partner without informing the partner first? And more sell EA and move the client from CSP to EA? Also, just to add, this is Microsoft Kazakhstan which is offering EA to the UK client with a UK tenant.Solved
