Hi Currently having some trouble seeing attachments associated to the email in the Timeline related to the record I am saving the email to. Has anyone else experiences this? is this a product limitation or is there a setting that needs to be turned on somewhere? Thanks in advance AysenSolvedAdd-in warning / "currently upgrading"
Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name). Curious if anyone is seeing this and/or has resolved it.
