double booking
2 TopicsMicrosoft Bookings double booking
The bookings system I have created is double-booking appointments for one of my staff; in that it's not reading Outlook events properly, nor is it recognising scheduled 'Time off' that has been manually added into the bookings calendar. The staff member continues to be 'available' for appointments despite in staff view showing that they've got prebooked time away (see attached). All the staff member's details are correct and current, and the checkbox 'Events on Office calendar affect availability' is checked too. It may be a syncing issue but thought I get any other workarounds/ideas or see if anyone knows a fix.136Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft bookings is adding non related clients to meetings when it should show as not available.
Since the beginning of 2022, I've had a new issue where I am having 2 separate clients book the same time because the amount of seats available for a meeting was set to 5 so it was adding non related clients to a meeting. I've then had to contact the 2nd booking and have them reschedule. I've since changed the seats to 2 but will this continue to happen? How do I ensure that if a time slot is booked, it is not available to someone else to book the same time? I tried to update to 1 seat but it wouldn't let me. thanks1.3KViews1like2Comments
