I want to have an agent that can query the recording from recurring meetings. When I point the agent to a single recording (.mp4), I can ask the agent questions about it. However, when I point the agent to a folder with recordings, it's like the agent doesn't even know that there's files there. Is this a limitation or a bug?
Copilot Agent - Pass uploaded attachments to Power Automate
I have an agent with a topic which asks the user to upload photos. I stored these photos in a file variable. My idea is to trigger an HTTP Request which triggers a Power Automate flow and manipulates the files as needed. Has anyone successfully achieved triggering a flow and passing any information? Not seeing information or guides on this issue specifically. I currently receive a 403 Forbidden error on my attempts at a POST HTTP Request.

As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. A bundled or tiered pricing approach could encourage broader adoption and enhance the overall value perception of Microsoft 365. Thank you for considering my feedback. I'm adding a SharePoint site pages library as a knowledge source. The library has several metadata columns. There's a lot of "knowledge" stored in those columns I need Copilot to consider but it seems to ignore them completely. Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) will soon extend to support Microsoft 365 Copilot. DLP policies will be able to identify sensitive documents based on sensitivity labels and exclude processing for Copilot interactions in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat. The preview does not support alerts, incident reports, and policy simulation. Audit records will be available at a later time after policy management is enabled for organizations.
