The creation of Copilot Agent is now enabled in SharePoint 🚀. Users holding M365 Copilot licenses will notice a new Copilot feature in the Suite Navigation bar, tailored to the site they are currently viewing. Additionally, they will find options to create Copilot agents from the 'New' menu on the homepage and within their document libraries. These features are accessible only to users with existing creation and editing rights on the site or document library. Moreover, they have the option to share a Copilot agent link with other users, who, if they possess a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, will be able to interact with it. #SharePoint #MicrosoftSharePoint #Microsoft365 #MPVbuzz #Copilot #AI9.7KViews9likes20CommentsCopilot agent unable to view meeting recordings in folder?
I want to have an agent that can query the recording from recurring meetings. When I point the agent to a single recording (.mp4), I can ask the agent questions about it. However, when I point the agent to a folder with recordings, it's like the agent doesn't even know that there's files there. Is this a limitation or a bug?536Views0likes4CommentsCopilot Agent - Pass uploaded attachments to Power Automate
I have an agent with a topic which asks the user to upload photos. I stored these photos in a file variable. My idea is to trigger an HTTP Request which triggers a Power Automate flow and manipulates the files as needed. Has anyone successfully achieved triggering a flow and passing any information? Not seeing information or guides on this issue specifically. I currently receive a 403 Forbidden error on my attempts at a POST HTTP Request.952Views0likes1CommentCost for family on copilot
Feedback on Microsoft Copilot Pricing Dear Microsoft Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share feedback regarding the pricing of Microsoft Copilot. As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. A bundled or tiered pricing approach could encourage broader adoption and enhance the overall value perception of Microsoft 365. Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to seeing how Microsoft evolves its offerings to meet the needs of its loyal customers. Best regards, Maikel403Views0likes1CommentSharePoint doc library metadata columns
I'm adding a SharePoint site pages library as a knowledge source. The library has several metadata columns. There's a lot of "knowledge" stored in those columns I need Copilot to consider but it seems to ignore them completely. Is there a way to get Copilot to use the columns for information?927Views2likes5CommentsHow to create Copilot Agents using the M365 Biz Chat
Users can effortlessly create simple Copilot agents using the no-code agent builder available within BizChat at Microsoft365.com/chat or in Teams. By providing natural language instructions and utilizing grounding documents stored in SharePoint, these agents adhere to the same security and information protection policies as Microsoft 365 Copilot. All installed agents, including plugins, are conveniently located in the right-side pane within Copilot, ensuring a focused and streamlined chat experience.1.6KViews4likes3CommentsCopilot Sharepoint Agent (not answering queries)

Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) will soon extend to support Microsoft 365 Copilot. DLP policies will be able to identify sensitive documents based on sensitivity labels and exclude processing for Copilot interactions in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat. The preview does not support alerts, incident reports, and policy simulation. Audit records will be available at a later time after policy management is enabled for organizations. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license and a Microsoft 365 E5 license or equivalent are required to use this feature. #Copilot #Purview #Microsoft365 #MPVbuzz #DLP #SharePoint #OneDrive3.5KViews0likes0Comments
