Work/Web Toggle Not present on Microsoft 365 copilot
Hi there, I am unable to see the work/web toggle and other features of the paid version of microsoft 365 copilot. Can you help with this? I was able to see it in Word, Excel, Powerpoint but accessing copilot from onedrive, onenote, loop, outlook, teams or even on m365.cloud.microsoft, I couldnt see the features of the paid version of copilot. I tried manually updating the license but couldnt find those options for some of the app. I am using M365 for Mac. Can you help with this. I had included a screenshot of this. Hi Everyone, At my company we're setting up copilot. After allowing access through the Admin Centers we've encountered various oddities. Some users can use the sharepoint/onedrive search functionality. But most can't. Some users have the Copilot button in some of their apps. There is no consistency in which app they get it. Some have it in word, others in excel, some in multiple, some in none. A handful of users have Copilot in all apps. Things like transcribe work fine everywhere. We switched intune to push Office apps with Current Channel instead of Semi-Annual, to no avail. We use M365 Business premium with the Teams phone standard addon.

Hi, my name is Mark Salden, and I am a freelance graphic designer, social media marketer, and web designer from Belgium. I currently have an Office 365 Business Standard subscription and would like to purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot. Just to be clear: the regular Copilot Pro is only for individuals and not for businesses, correct? It’s a bit confusing, and I want to be 100% sure. I want to integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. With Copilot, can I automatically create notes and summaries during online meetings in Teams? Also, can I use Copilot in Microsoft Loop? That part is not clear to me. I am also very interested in Copilot Studio because I want to create AI agents that help me with SEO, content creation, image generation, and more. Are there any limits on building AI agents, and can I create workflows and automate processes there as well? I hope someone can assist me. Thanks in advance!
CoPilot for M365 only available as a yearly?
How does a company as successful and forward thinking as Microsoft consistently get it wrong. The uptake of CoPilot among our customer base of 100 clients can be counted on half a hand. We have a customer that would like to trial 5 x users but there is no trial available and the only option is to subscribe to a twelve month commitment for each user. Every other M365 product we use has a monthly option. Why would you do that?Rewrite it with Copilot!

Whether you’re drafting a client proposal, refining a team announcement post, or just trying to get rid of the daily pile of emails, the words just don't always come out right the first time. That's where Rewrite with Copilot steps in. This feature, integrated across Microsoft 365 apps, acts like your personal editor — helping you sharpen your message, adjust tone, and even tailor your writing to your audience. It’s not just about fixing grammar. It’s about making your words work. There's a prompt for the most common challenges: Do your colleagues have no time to read a long message? Then select the option "Make it shorter". Or you tried hard, but your message still sounds complicated. Then go for "Simplify". Maybe you need to add more details, then use "Add more detail". Rewrite with Copilot is almost everywhere 🪄 You’ll find “Rewrite with Copilot” in: Outlook: Auto-rewrites, make it shorter or longer, change the tone, and more. Hi, My colleagues and I would like to test Microsoft Copilot 365 before rolling it out across the entire organization, and we have a few questions regarding the behavior and storage of agents: Agent Storage Locations: Agents created in Copilot Studio: Stored in Cosmos DB. Agents created via a SharePoint site: Stored under Site Contents > Site Assets > Copilots. Agents created in a SharePoint document library: Stored in the current folder of the document library where the agent was created. men Copilot agents used in Microsoft 365 Business Chat and Teams, where are these agents stored?Additionally, several colleagues and I are encountering the following error when attempting to use Copilot the agent in Teams: "Consent between first party application and first party resource must be configured" Error code: AADSTS65002 **For context, I have both an E5 license and a Copilot 365 license. As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing.
