Contacts option is not showing in Skype for Business
I am using both skype and Team side by side but with the latest update in Teams I am unable to see Contacts option in Skype. I tried reinstalling and install again but still no luck. I can use teams but main problem is it is not showing accurate status of the members hence skype is required for me. How to get the contacts option back?
Duplicate contact details when syncing Skype for Business
Morning all, I use Skype for Business on my Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 mobile phone and all contact details for all 'contact based apps' are synced to the contacts app. However, if I view a contact who I use with Skype for Business, their contact details (email address, phone numbers) are duplicated numerous times. If I try to edit the contact within my Contacts app, everything is fine for the Exchange Active sync details and WhatsApp details, but for Skype for Business I see their phone numbers and email address duplicated about 30 times each. This is very frustrating, so has anyone seen this behavious before please? Thanks, Oz
SfB and Office 365 shared contacts: always dials the email address
We're using O365 + Skype for Business + Cloud PBX, and have a number of shared contacts set using https://support.office.com/en-US/client/results?Shownav=true&lcid=1033&HelpID=O365E_ESContacts (technically through the Exchange Global Address List). These work perfectly in Outlook, etc. -- and we can see them in Skype -- but when users click on a contact to call them, Skype always tries to dial their email address (instead of the phone number) -- and always fails because they're not Skype users. Is there any way to make Skype for Business / PBX default to calling the phone number?
