We have already paid for yearly renting of the Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU and these are not working because are not getting redirected after the right settings in place, also the voicemails are not working at all, no settings working at all and after paying there is no one to talk to and report the issue, no email of support, no department of support to send ticket, no phone number, absolutely nothing to provide you support as client for something that you paid and is not working!!! I have tried to adjust the settings based on the forms from the Skype app for windows also from the Skype app for web and I tried both the redirect also the voicemail and none of them working to be setup. I am currently running macOS Monterey (12.5.1) with Skype for Business (SfB) 16.29.95. SfB is constantly running high on the CPU, even with a Quad-Core Intel Core i5. This appears to have started with the latest macOS Security Update. I've tried uninstalling/installing SfB and followed Marvin Ma MSFT's suggestion of removing items from the User Library, then restarted. I even repeated the process, downloading and installing a fresh copy of the SfB app to no avail. SfB still regularly takes up a large amount of processing power on my Mac, making it challenging to use many Adobe apps with the extra CPU load. Good morning, For the past few days, I have been experiencing several difficulties on skype despite the fact that I am using the latest version of skype. Here they are: - The messages I send on skype do not reach the recipients, they turn without ever arriving. - When I put my status in active, a few seconds later it disconnects. - I manage to call one person, but I cannot add more than one person in a call, but the messages do not go through. - When I want to create a new skype account, I can't log in to do so. Can't sign in with the error message "You can't sign in with this version of Skype for Business. Please install a newer version. I have the latest version installed. My phone is up to date. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Yes I have tried using the advanced options. The desktop apps for Skype and Skype for Business recognise my camera without any issues, but when I accept a meeting invitation using the Skype for Business web app (tested on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both on Windows 10 - fully up-to-date), I can't access my camera, nor can I select any cameras from the video settings menu during the meeting. The app thinks I don't have any cameras installed. I've tried 2 different webcams, which both work perfectly in other conferencing apps, but SFB web app gives me the same error each time.
