My application is used to automate the process of adding win32 apps to intunes portal for different tenant. Created a blazor application with .Net 6 and imported Microsoft Graph package. While adding the app metadata to the created object of Win32LobApp inbuilt class of Microsoft Graph package, there are mandatory parameters that is required to add the app to the intunes portal. Some of the mandatory fields are not matching with the parameters that are available in intunes portal. Below are the mandatory fields that are there in the portal for creating Win32 app in intunes portal. Name Description Publisher Install command Uninstall command Operating system architecture Minimum operating system Rules format – Manually Configure Detection Rule Rule type Path File or folder Detection method Could you suggest how all these parameters can be integrated to intues using Graph API from my .Net application.243Views0likes1CommentDeploy Intune Company Portal without Microsoft Store 4 Business (retiring in the first quarter 2023)
Hi All, I'm writing this post to finding a way to deploy the Intune Company Portal during an Hybrid AD Join Autopilot without the Microsoft Store 4 Business because I saw that will be retired in the first quarter of 2023. I really appreciate some help to do that. Thank you.8.3KViews0likes2CommentsIntune Device Wipe Logs
We recently had a couple of managed iOS devices get wiped by Intune. However I have learned that the Intune Audit Logs don't record wipes. Is this something Intune is looking to introduce? Seems like a pretty important thing to have an audit of. RichardSolved26KViews0likes9CommentsIntune wiping hybrid join device
Intune wiping hybrid join device - Is there a process to wipe the hybrid join device before it is reassigned to another user. I tried wiping device from device recovery and restore, from Intune and also loaded dell recovery image for Windows 10 to start from scratch and it still remember my user name even after OS recovery. I am trying to assign this device to another user but I do not see any option, if auto pilot keeps remembering my name as OS reload. Both Azure AD and Intune does not allow deleting hybrid join devices from my user profile either.4.3KViews0likes1CommentIntune Policy Violation for Outlook for Android
According to the intune policy of Microsoft, the enterprises can choose to allow their users to allow/disallow the organizational data to Local/OneDrive/SharePoint/Third Party App. But Outlook for Android doesn't allow all ZIP files to Save to OneDrive/Sharepoint/Third Party App. When clicking an attachment like text/pdf/any other files in Outlook for Android it handles those files to OneDrive/Sharepoint/Third Party App such Like Adobe for PDF. But When clicking Zip files we are unable to handover to OneDrive/Sharepoint/Third Party App. According to the Intune policy for Android this action should be allowed by Microsoft Outlook Can you please let me know what is wrong and why we cannot do?2.9KViews0likes8CommentsDeploy apps to Windows 10 devices
We're hoping to move away from our Ninite subscription and use a management tool like Intune or Endpoint Manager. We currently have Azure Active Directory Premium P1, Office 365 A1 for Faculty and for Students. Also I understand that there is a way to manage device as an 'unlicensed administrator'? We tried that but have not gotten very far. Part of the goal for us is to manage apps like Office, Dell updates, install msi or Win32 apps, etc. as well do other MDM tasks like enroll devices and possibly integrate with JAMF for our Mac devices. Can someone recommend a solution? Thank you.3.5KViews0likes3CommentsWebAPI Service + Bitlocker drive
Hi, can you please tell if I can use bitlocker in this way: I have WebApi service which stores a lot of sensitive files for its work. And I need mechanism to encrypt this information. So we created a separate logical disc and encrypted it with bitlocker. This service is run under LocalSystem account and we hoped that it will access this drive without providing a password. But I am getting this error: "This drive is locked by BitLocker Drive Encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control Panel" Can you please tell whether it can be configured somehow for local admins to not enter any password to decrypt data? Thanks2.8KViews1like3Comments
