QQ5: edge devs, what is the maximum bookmarks amount before you crash or create problems?
QUESTION (QQ): 5 you maybe should know about the 25-30k problem of icloud sync, the 30-40k problem of different chromium browsers when we want to import bookmarks, now the question is "devs, have you tested such things, do you know where your limits are?" Same for history, what is the amount of history before you create problems? i hope you avoid the 200-300k limit like apple. is huge annoying apple deletes history. you should be able to keep even 2mio of links.Browser resetting after crash.
Hello everyone, I'm new to the community. My name is Livie, and I use Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. I'm posting this to get assistance with my issue: My browser usually crashes from unresponsiveness and all of my browsing histories are lost when re-opening. I have dealt with this a few times. QUESTION (QQ): 2 I don't answer, since you probably know that. I'm still the type of user that prefers manual update. So i wait 2-8 months and then i update it, so that i can see big changes too. So i'm not a canary user, even if i use canary. What about you?
Edge is better than Arc?
I recently tried "The ARC browser" (windows build) and I believe that apart from some visual elements and hype, edge is better or at least at par with it. Although the new tab opening style and the space changing way is better there, with a few improvements and more importantly with better publicity, Edge could be and should be the most popular browser out there.
