Any way to get the conversation history from conversation windows instead from Outlook folder?
May I know if there is any way to get the conversation history from conversation windows instead from Outlook folder? Besides, if anyone share how is the mechansium for saving the conversation? If clicked previous conversation and send message, this new message history will append to this conversation history. But if click contact list's contact to start conversation, a new conversation will be created and having history. High DPI scaling in kb3213035 not resolved in KB3128049?
When I try to install either the 32-bit or 64-bit versions of the kb3128049 patch, my system tells me the patch does not apply even though I am running Skype for Business 2016 on my Surface Pro 4 w/ anniversary update. If I *do* have the update anyway, it does not appear to resolve the high dpi issue of kb3213035. Am I missing something?
Missing Skype calls on mobile device
When my phone is active and I have the Skype app up, I can receive calls just fine. However, if my phone has been inactive for a period, and I'm not in the Skype app, then the Skype status changes to "Away" and I miss any incoming calls. I would expect to recieve Skype calls whether I'm activly in the Skype app or not. I've remove the app/reinstalled it, and get the same result. I've also tried it on multiple phones and OS's and get the same result. Phone: iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, and Samsun Galaxy S7 Software: iOS 10, and Android 6.0.1Meeting join with iOS SfB app
Hi, since the Nov 2016 cumulative update meeting join with iOS 10 started to work. Unfortunately, we see with iOS 10.3 beta 1 that, again, meeting join doesn't work. When opening a meeting link in Safari, Safari requests to open the SfB app which works. But the app doesn't offer the options to sign in or to join as guest. The app only shows the login screen and does not start the meeting. Using iPhone and iPad with iOS 10.3 beta 1 and Lync Server 2013 on-premise with Nov 2016 CU installed. This post is to let Microsoft know in advance that there might be a change required again. We don't want to wait as long as we had to with the iOS 10 release until the fix was published (2 months?!) Can anyone shed light on this blog post from yesterday? https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Skype-for-Business-Blog/Skype-for-Business-Outdated-Client-Issue-TurnAuthUnknownUser/ba-p/39057 I downloaded and installed the attachment into CQD, modified as instructed, but it appears to me that it is listing every desktop client that hits my tenant and suggests we upgrade them all. It would be useful to know in which client version this TurnAuthUnknownUser issue was fixed. Perhaps the filter for "OC" literally stands for "Outdated Client"? I see multiple instances of chats with the same contact. This is really cluttering up my Skype for Business app window in both my mobile iOS and my desktop app. Example: Chat session with Joe at 10:00 for 10 minutes Chat session with Joe again at 14:00 for 15 minutes Now I see two separate chat streams with the same contact. Why isn't this singular? If I have a chat session with Joe and i do not actively remove/delete that chat session, shouldn't it just continue the next time one of us write? Is this by design? Do I need to adjust something in Skype for Business Admin on 365? I am using latest builds . iOS Version 6.11.1.310 and Mac OSX 16.2.156 Please help, this is sure to cause complaints amongst staff and I expect will introduce user acceptance numbers to drop. Especially if this is to be compard to WhatsApp, or any attempt to replace WhatsApp. Cheers p
