class notebook
4 TopicsStaff leavers still appearing in the Staff notebooks
Hello everyone, We had several staff members leaving our company and all their accounts have been permanently deleted. However, when we open some Microsoft Staff Teams which were created via SDS (Microsoft School Data Sync) and take a look at the related Staff Notebooks, we see that their names are still in the list just after the "_Content Library". As the "Add/Remove Staff" option doesn't work on those notebooks, is there another way to remove those name sections from the notebooks? I thought that they would have been automatically removed together with the deleted accounts, but they are still there. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance Francesco927Views0likes0CommentsMS Teams - Class Notebook sync issues
Hi, I'm having an issue with Class Notebooks on Microsoft Teams. Upon adding users to the Team, they automatically get their own area within the Class Notebook. For some reason now, when adding another user it does not appear to have created them an area. I have tried opening in OneNote so I can sync them but I keep getting this message: But I am of course, connected to the internet. I'm not too sure what to do, it's baffling me. Hey all! I love the functionality of Class Notebook, but am having one problem: When I insert a Microsoft Form into Class Notebook for students to take as a quiz, they can click on it and take it online, but their answer isn't synced in the "Assignments" tab of Teams; i.e., a student responded, and if I go to Microsoft Forms online, I can see their response, but if I click on the "Assignments" tab of Teams, it will say that that student has not responded. Any tips?1.5KViews0likes1CommentTeams and Class Notebook
In the panic to quickly get learning online as schools closed, we moved to using Teams with absolutely no training or knowledge of how it worked. I set up my teams and then activated class notebook through each of the teams. I then did all my 'learning', discovered onenote and have come to realise that my way of doing things probably wasn't the best way to go about setting things up. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. We are in the process of changing to next years school timetable, so I now need to delete 10 teams and class notebooks, but I cannot find a way to do so. It appears that if I just delete the team, the notebook still remains (albeit now inaccessible). Everything I'm reading points me to deleting class notebooks through onedrive, but as the teams were not set up through onenote, there is no evidence on them on onedrive. I also can't delete them through onenote as again, they weren't created there, so there is no evidence of them. I'm actually really enjoying the functions available through teams and class notebook and am looking to build them into my teaching as a permanent feature, not just for this temporary time, so I really would like to find a way to delete these notebooks! Can anyone help me to delete these class notebooks from my teams please?1.9KViews1like2Comments
