Einbinden/Anzeigen mehrerer Kalender in Bookings
Hallo Community. Ich experimentiere gerade mit der MS-Bookings-Funktion und stoße an Grenzen. Grundsätzlich möchte ich Interessenten/Kunden die Terminbuchungsfunktion anbieten. Allerdings werden mir bei den Einstellungen unter "Kalender & Verfügbarkeit" nicht alle Einträge angezeigt, die auch in der Outlook-Terminübersicht enthalten sind. Angezeigt werden nur die Termine, die auch von dem Account angelegt wurden, der auch MS Bookings verwaltet. Nennen wir ihn "primären dienstlichen Account". Ich verwende mehrere Accounts bzw. Kalender: a) privater Kalender (separater Account, iCal): wird nicht synchronisiert, ich lade mein dienstliches ich über den primären dienstlichen Account ein und nehme an. Einträge werden unter Bookings jedoch nicht angezeigt. b) 3 dienstliche Kalender (jeweils separate Microsoft-Accounts, inklusive dem "primären dienstlichen"): sind als eigene Mail-/Kalender-Accounts in Outlook eingebunden und werden dort auch angezeigt. Allerdings nicht unter Bookings (Ausnahme eben der primäre dienstliche). Das Ganze Tool macht grundsätzlich ja nur Sinn, wenn alle Termine aus allen Accounts angezeigt werden. Microsoft booking disappearing calendar events
Can someone help me!! I am using Microsoft booking to create a team calendar, we use a shared mailbox because I want my team availability no impacted by the bookings in the facility visits. So I need my team able to see all the participants per event in the calendar, however some of them when they click on calendar under booking, it shows all the bookings events for just a second and disappear. I tried changing permissions, changing calendars, adding and removing people and the results are the same and no consistent. Help please!!!!!
Microsoft bookings Layout
Good Evening Everyone, I have noticed that when I expand my "day view" to display all my bookings for that day and the side pane pops up the lay out blends both the text and the background. I tried changing the layout under settings but no luck. I know on iOS devices I had to toggle through light and dark mode to view the bookings details. I typically have all my devices all on dark mode, is there a way to fix this issue? Thank you!
Bookings App automatically updating 'All day' Bookings to span two days
Hi there. I'm new to this community, so thank you for your help. I've used the Bookings app for the last four years or so, but recently when I've made an 'All Day' booking as I usually would, I return to it a few minutes later and find that the 'All day' booking has auto-updated to span two days instead of just the one. This happens when making bookings across my Mac devices (Mac mini & MacBook Air). I'm the only one who makes bookings, do can't see if it happens to anyone else. Is this a known issue / is there an easy fix? Thanks for your help!
