Book with me : Group booking
Hi, To run small drop-in workshops with multiple people (1-5 people), it would be great to utilise the 'Book with me' page whereby you can set a max number of people per booking timeslot. For the customer booking an appointment for themselves, they could see timeslots and a small indication group booking status similar to MS bookings (e.g. 1 seat available OR 2 of 3 seats booked).
Book with me not showing public booking page
I have used the book with me feature on Bookings, but last month it became impossible to open the booking page for anymore in my organization. Me and my colleagues receive an error message that says the link is not available. If I use my official booking page in incognito mode and log in as a guest, it works, but not if I am logged in to the organization. If I instead use the private booking page and use the direct links, it works just fine, but thats not a solution to the problem. This could be connected to my user since other colleagues book with me works. I have tried to inactivate the booking page and after a couple of days tried to publish it again without any success, even tried making new booking events but that doesnt work eighter. Book with Me (new) not observing Buffer After the Meeting Time.
Hello, I am working with Book(ings) with Me now that it is listed as New. I am attempting to set up 30 minute meetings available on the half hour, with a 15 minute buffer after an appointment. The behavior I would expect is: 1. I have appointments available at 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, etc. 2. If someone books the 1pm appointment, the 1:30pm slot should disappear based on the need for a 15 minute buffer after the meeting. This is not happening. The 1:30pm slot remains in Book with Me and is open on my Outlook calendar. I have attached screenshots of the Before & After, plus my settings. Any idea what I am missing?No Teams option for location when using 'Book with Me'
I've been trying to leverage the functionality of the 'Book with Me' part of Bookings, but for some reason I don't have the ability to make my Booking link a Teams meeting: However, all of my co-workers have the option, so I suspect there is a setting somewhere that I have disabled to create Teams meetings on my account - unfortunately, I do not know where to find it! Being pointed in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated!
