How to include appsettings.json settings into Azure DevOps build and release pipeline
We are currently researching the usage of Azure DevOps Build and Release pipelines. We did successfully create a simple Asp.NET Core web application and pushed that application into an Azure DevOps repository. We did successfully create a pipeline for that application consisting of Restore, Build, Test, Publish, and Publish Artifacts (as shown on the attached image) and successfully built that pipeline. In the Azure Portal, we did successfully create a Resource Group and the Web App to host the web application In the Azure DevOps, we did successfully create a release for that application and did successfully publish the application to the created Web App However, in the Azure Portal, in the newly created Web App configuration section, there are no config values transferred from the application's appsettings.json. I did try to use 'Link settings' feature on the Publish segment of the pipeline, but that didn't work Thus, the question is how do I transfer the config values of the ASP.NET Core Web application into an Azure Portal Web App through an Azure DevOps pipeline and release?What's the best way to report a bug?
I believe I have found a bug in the Azure Portal UI but how do I report this without incurring the cost of opening a support ticket? The issue is that I have created a couple of static websites in Blob Storage. I created a CDN Endpoint and assigned a custom domain. When I do this I should see a list of Endpoints under Azure CDN Endpoints but I don't. The only way to find it is to go to CDN Profiles where I find the endpoints listed.
Logic App Contributor Role in Azure
Hi there, I'm unable to find the Logic Apps Contributor role when I try to assign a role to someone in a particular Log Analytic Workspace. Can someone let me know if there are any prerequisites in adding that role assignment? Just so you know, I'm the global administrator in this Azure subscription and also have registered the Microsoft.Logic Resource Provider. Hi Members, I need to provide Azure portal access to few external users. They don't have any Microsoft account but only their company email ids, say email address removed for privacy reasons which are not on Microsoft. When I added them as external user. They received invite and after authentication through one time code received on their emails they were able to login to my apps. But, when they try to login to Azure portal they are getting error message: "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." Do they need to link/create a new Microsoft account with their existing email id i.e. email address removed for privacy reasons? Or is there any way they can use the existing email id to login to Azure portal without creating/linking Microsoft account? As MyApps access worked for them.Azure Subscription (disabled)
Hello Everyone, I created azure 12 months free account last month, but today when i Logged in to create resource group, it is showing "expired subscription" then i clicked on the create new subscription button and it is showing that my account has expired. What is the problem? i am i missing something? thank you for your help
