Identity Verification is in progress for more than a week! Can someone please help?!
Hi, I am trying to register for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program ahead of an upcoming product release. However, my identity verification has been in progress for over a week. Could someone from the Microsoft team please assist me with this? I would really appreciate your help getting this resolved. Thanks, EaliaMicrosoft AI Partner Innovate, Brisbane, April 16 | Content now available
Hi everyone, I'm happy to share the content from the "Microsoft AI Partner Innovate" run in Brisbane on April 16. You'll find 3 files here - one for each key segment - early morning, late morning, and after lunch. Again it was so good to catchup with the partners, share learnings, gain insights and enjoy chatting about work and life. I look forward to coming back to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and other parts of Queensland in the near future to help innovate further around Microsoft 365, the Copilots, Business Applications and Azure. Hi, just to let you know the next episode of the Microsoft Cloud and Hosting Partner online meetings will start at 12:30 Sydney time today. Todays session is one I'm really looking forward to as the focus is "Dynamics Contact Center" to be presented by Josh Burgess. To me Dynamics Contact Center embodies so much of the Microsoft story ... Modern Work, Teams, Dynamics, Azure, Agents and 3rd party technologies too. And moreover offers an incredible opportunity for Microsoft Partners to help customers with Customer Service with omni-channel capabilities linked to current Customer systems and accelerated with Copilot AI.
