Edge built-in search engine Yandex connecting to Russia?
Hi all, I'm currently busy to determine a baseline for my network traffic, but what I've noticed is that at random times there is https traffic to ip-adresses in Russia. Based on some reverse-ip's I have found out that they belong to yandex.ru or yandex.mc etc. I have run multiple malware tools on my endpoints but nothing is popping up. The only thing I have seen, is that in the search engine in Edge there is a search engine for Yandex. When I remove that search engine, the traffic seem to stop immediately. Anyone, an idea what kind of traffic this could be?
