9 TopicsOwn Camera Preview not shown to the Meeting Member using it only
Hi Community, The preview cam in meetings is not visible (no error) on all our Teams Rooms, but only for the one using them. it looks the following for us in our conferenceroom. To the one we are inviting we are perfectly visible, as you can see within the next picture: Even the preview section of the devices Teams-settings look fine and show the picture we need to see: Tried some troubleshooting without success: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/camera-greyed-out-in-teams-call/d636e53b-54b3-4a82-9eac-eb5365dfb02a#:~:text=The%20camera%20is%20greyed%20means,Settings%3EPrivacy%3ECamera). https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/why-cant-i-see-myself-during-video-call-in-teams/edf18a3f-f0af-4d21-aa96-fbfe7f842ee9?page=1 But both of those threads seem to work on other issues even if the questions look like our problem. The second thing is that most of the settings mentioned in those answers are not even accessible from our teams room. Thank you for answering in advance.2.6KViews0likes3CommentsHow to: Create your own Family Video Room using Azure Communication Services
If we learnt one thing in 2020, it’s how to use video conferencing to replace in-person meetings. Nowhere has this been more obvious (to me) than family meetups. Sure, I’m doing more conference calls for work, but I’ve always done conference calls for work. I’ve never done them for catching up with my extended family, though. Skype, Teams, Zoom, HouseParty – I don’t know about you, but we’ve tried them all. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. As a developer, I was left thinking “I wonder if I could do something different: something that’s just right for our family, with just the stuff we need, and easy enough for everyone to use”. Post continues at: How to: Create your own Family Video Room using Azure Communication Services without writing any code (if you don’t want to) | The thoughtstuff Blog where I talk about how I used the Azure Communication Services sample code, with some modifications, to create a family video room, secured with a PIN. The blog contains links to a GitHub repository you can use as a template to create your own family video room, powered by Azure Communication Services!763Views2likes0CommentsOdd teams video conferencing issue
I have a user who is running teams within Citrix. Everyone within Citrix is fine on teams, but one user is getting pixelated, choppy video. His broadband is fast enough, low latency, all drivers up to date, no VPN slowing him down. Camera looks fine when used "locally" And before on Skype, videochat was fine. Using Zoom is fine. He's the only user affected, the only thing I can think is that his Wifi is causing the issue, but I wondered if anyone else might have an answer for this?1.1KViews0likes1CommentSpotlight video in Teams

We would like the ability to disable Video chat on a number of shared workstations. When users log on to their normal workstation they should be able to use video but when they log on to our shared workstations in a secure area we don't want it as an option. Is this possible? Are there several methods? What have you found to work best?25KViews0likes4CommentsSmartDock Dual Screen change button
Hello ! I have the following problem, i am using the dualscreen solution right now, with two monitors in differnt sizes, one big one fort he presentation and a smaller one for my conference partner. If i do not presentate for a longer time, i want to change the screens that my partner is showed on the bigger screen. Is there a possibility to get that change button, you had in that single monitor use, back for the dualscreen solution? Like a single button i can press to switch the screens for myself ? I know that you can change it in the administration settings, but that is way to comlicated.1.4KViews0likes1CommentFull HD, 1080p with the Skype
Hi, How long time I need to shame Skype when we speak about the meetings and video quality? Our users, especially for special events, they really like to use 1080p on the screens, but shame on Skype, we could only offer bad video quality. Does anybody have any knowledge about hope of the better future?13KViews0likes1CommentDemo of the Skype for Business Mac client
