I want to be able to group app icons on Start menu - Windows 11
for example I want to put PWAs icons in one group, put Photo related app/software icons in another group and so on. My microsoft teams chat integration in windows 11 disappeared
When it got rolled out i recived the microsoft teams integration in windows 11 but now, i don't have it anymore, can some one say me if microsoft rolls and unrolls people or if it's because i edited some of my microsoft account info and until the next month i can't use any service that requires a verification with mobile?Windows 11: Don't show the same visible options again in "show more options" context menu
When right-clicking on desktop or on a file or inside a folder, there are some options shown in modern UI, and then there is an option at the end to "show more options" which shows a legacy context menu which contains options that were already shown to the user in modern style as well as options that weren't available before. my suggestion is to only show the new options in the context menu, when selecting "show more options". don't show the same options previously shown to the user, again in the more options. upvote this feedback in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAd4t7w
UI Mock-Up - Design and Functionality Battery Status Pop-Up
Hi all After being very annoyed by the fact, retrieving the "XX hours and XX minutes left" information in the task bar ONLY by hovering the mouse over the battery icon (or go into system settings to have the time left indication). I think it would be expected from a user, having a laptop with windows 10 running, being able to see, how long the battery power will last should be a minium. Especially without being forced to hover over an icon in the task bat, that might be vanishing due to the user's task bar settings and is incredibly small and hard to read... I really would like to see an easy way to have this indication from the task bar. I am beware of the fact, that the pop up appearing, when clicking on the battery icon, is already very large and ugly... I think, the information popping up, should be customizable in layout (small, medium, large, full). I attached a design mock-up for your guys, which will require a minimum of modification and is working already with your ideas of the layout and functionality of the UI element. It's really self explanatory and allows a custom layout quite pragmatically.... We still have to use Powershell to setup AOVPN, there is no GUI in the latest Windows 10 Enterprise to create a user or device tunnel. please add it as an option when creating a new connection in control panel or in the settings. https://aka.ms/AA5u26v
Windows 10 Preview Build 17692 application compatibility.
Some applications do not work correctly in Build 17692. Some applications cause huge UI lag or fail to open, sometimes user has to end the problematic application in task manager. Previous builds have no problems with this bug.
