Hi All I am founding a training company with a partner . We would like to launch our business soon. We are now MS partner . My questions are below : 1) How can we display on our website that we are MS partner? (we are not allowe to use logos at this stage : this is my understanding ). 2) Are we allowed to teach students on their own sandboxes ? or do I have to hire a Lab ?

Dear Team, I would like to know as a Microsoft AI cloud partner with solution designation, how can we get discounted Exam vouchers for certifications. Is there any methods or portal were we can achieve this? I couldn't see anything from Microsoft Partner portal

(aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enroll...) restricted across all accounts unable to enroll Class Admin
The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Hi everyone, I am are currently exploring the process of achieving the Microsoft Training Services designation and would appreciate guidance from those who have already gone through this journey. Based on my understanding, courseware completions and related requirements appear to be key steps in achieving this designation. I would like to confirm if this is accurate and get clarity on the most efficient path forward. Specifically, I am looking for insights on the following: Courseware Requirements 1. Which official courses are required, and how are they typically delivered? Access to Training Materials 2. Is there a specific portal or program through which Microsoft-approved courseware can be obtained? Tracking Completions 3. How are course completions tracked and reflected within the partner account? Post-Training Process 4. What is the process for issuing achievement codes and conducting official post-training surveys (such as Metrics That Matter)? Any guidance, shared experiences, or recommended best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
