Teams Premium
8 TopicsEditing a Teams Town Hall Invite
When you send a Teams Town Hall invite you can customize the email to edit everything except that it leaves the domain name of your tenant at the bottom of the invite for example: A*****.com This event is powered by Microsoft Teams, under the direction of the meeting organizer. The data processing that occurs for purposes of this event is subject to the terms of the meeting organizer. https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement There does not seem to be any options in Teams Admin to change this. We have multiple companies using a single tenant and it's displaying a message that includes the tenant domain which we don't want. Any ideas?444Views0likes1Comment📝 Teams Premium - Intelligent Recap additional language pack availability
Hi all, as you all know in the end of April '24 language pack for Copilot became available. Since Intelligent Recap it's a functionality available in both Copilot for M365 and Teams Premium, it seems logical to expect support of this language pack in Teams Premium Intelligent Recap too (I also asked about it during Copilot webinar and got confirmation). I do not have Copilot for M365 license, but my colleague tested and said that Intelligent Recap with Copilot license already has new language pack support and creates summary from meetings, but in Teams Premium I'm still don't see it. So, I wanted to ask if anybody knows for sure would Intelligent Recap in Teams Premium get support of that language pack, and if so - when? Would appreciate any information!562Views0likes0CommentsIntelligent recap for recurring meeting
I'm trying to view the Recap for earlier dates of my meeting, but it only shows me the current meeting. How can I get to earlier dates? Note that under Recordings & Transcripts, I have a drop-down for all of the dates, but AI doesn't work on this tab. What I'd like to be able to do is summarize and ask questions about all six meetings.813Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Teams Recap - Germany
Hello Everyone, We are currently attempting to explore the Recap feature in Microsoft Teams, but we are encountering an issue where it seems impossible to generate any form of AI notes. We are operating under a Teams Premium license, and we have both the recording and transcription features activated. While the recording and the transcription are displayed in the meeting summary as expected, the AI notes are conspicuously absent. We consistently receive an error message indicating that the AI notes could not be created. Is this feature still non-functional for Germany, or for the German language specifically? I have been unable to locate any information regarding language support, as it appears to have been removed from Microsoft's official websites. Thank you for your assistance.936Views0likes1CommentTeams Meeting Templates: Helping to Organize Better Meetings
Teams Premium is now generally available. Not all its features are online yet, but Teams meeting templates are, so we tested them to see if they help users to organize better meetings. After playing around with templates, including the optional use of sensitivity labels to control template settings, we conclude that this is a nice feature to have but maybe not one that will influence the buying decision for Teams Premium. https://office365itpros.com/2023/02/08/teams-meeting-templates/1.2KViews0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Moves Four Standard Features to Teams Premium
Microsoft expects the Teams Premium license to be generally available in February 2023. In advance, Microsoft confirmed that they will move four features from the set covered by the Teams standard license to Teams Premium. In reality, this probably won’t affect many users, but does Microsoft really have to do this and run the risk of offending some people by demanding extra for features they use today? https://office365itpros.com/2023/01/16/teams-premium-moved-features/2.4KViews1like2CommentsMicrosoft Makes 30-Day Test Licenses Available for Teams Premium
Microsoft is making 30-day trial licenses available to customers to test Teams Premium functionality with up to 25 users. Given the short test period that’s available, we suggest that organizations put the idea to one side until after the holidays are over. You can come back in 2023 and do some in-depth testing to find out if Teams Premium is worth its $10/user/month price tag. https://office365itpros.com/2022/12/15/teams-premium-trial/Solved1.5KViews1like1Comment
