Teams Live Event
5 TopicsUnable to activate Production tools setting and download link no working
In new Teams it is not possible to enable Production tools setting although I have the policy to allow NDI (and have had for a long time). I get an error stating "Production tools are not supported." The download link for NDI binaries is also not working. Nothing happens when clinking the link. This is all running on a normal PC laptop with Win10. Working in classic Teams. Anyone else with the similar issue?1.2KViews1like2CommentsTeams Live Event, Public, capture attendees
Is there a way to product a Teams Live Event, with Public access, and still be able to capture all attendees? When I have done this, the Attendee Engagement Report will include Session IDs with no Participant ID, which I am assuming is an actual attendee. Or if anyone has an alternative to suggest, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!390Views0likes1CommentLive Event Registrations & Speakers
Hi all, I have to organize a webinar with Teams Live about once per month and I had a few questions that I couldn't find the answer to on the support website. Maybe you can help me here? 1. What is the maximum number of speakers that I can invite to my live event? 2. If I have to make changes to my webinar (e.g. add a speaker) will the registrations' link change for the attendees? I'm worried that I'll have to notify all registrants to that point if I make a few changes to the event. Which changes would cause the Link to change? I literally could not find an answer to these questions and I'm relatively new to this. Can someone help me out, please?508Views0likes0CommentsWays to ignore Chat and notification sound during Teams live event
Hello Everyone, I know many of you are already hosting Teams live events but might have heard different types of notifications sounds during the live events. This can very be distracting, unprofessional or disturbing. Please find some important ways to ignore these dings and pings sound during the event: 1. Go to the settings of your Teams Client and choose your status to DND (Do not disturb), by doing that you will not hear any ping sound while receiving any message , though you will be receiving all the messages from others but silently. Checkout the below screenshot as a reference : 2. Second way , If you go the right bottom corner of your system's task bar and hit the notification center and click on the below icon shown in the screenshot and set it to PRIORITY only , you could actually avoid the unexpected sounds from your system during the event : 3. And the last way would be , go to the start menu of your windows and type FOCUS ASSIST , open the setting and choose PRIORITY ONLY I hope this will help you to produce the events more efficiently. Yesterday we produced a CEO townhall meeting with around 75 attendees. The connection details of the event team are visible within the Teams admin center, but what about the attendees. The webcam and a powerpoint presentation were shared. Actually a lot of them complaint about the bad screen sharing quality of the presentation. We got a couple of screenshots from the attendees and some presentations are almost no longer readable. How can the quality differ from one attendee to another? How can we check and monitor the quality of the attendees after the meeting?1.7KViews2likes1Comment
