Can not add Task List and Issue tracking list to a Modern Site Pages as web part
I am not able to add Task List and Issue tracking list as web part in Modern Site pages. Although Document Library and Generic Lists are being added successfully. Am I missing something here? Do I need to activate some site feature or something? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance !
Show only assigned and uncompleted tasks
I have created a task list and have it displayed in a web part on the front our our IT Department Page. I want tasks in this webpart only to show if they have been assigned to someone and are not completed. I have figured out how to show only uncompleted items but am stumped on the Assigned to field.
Sharepoint column populating a task list
I have a sharepoint list and one of the columns is any recommendations or next steps for a certain colleague assessment. Is it possible for that part of the sharepoint list to populate a task list, so if i put in the sharepoint list that i am going to provide training to a certain colleague, it will populate on a tasklist so it isn't forgotten?
Creating a Unique Task Flow - Possible??
Hi, I have tried searching extensively for this answer online, so I seek your help. I am working on implementing SharePoint for my team. We currently manage a task in email, but SharePoint should make the task more efficient if it is possible. We want to create a task that can be recreated numerous times on an ad-hoc basis, but assigned to different people throughout the process. Task flow idea: Task is created and titled uniquely Set of sample questions are sent to a coordinator to answer in SharePoint (perhaps short list of users in a drop down box?) Email is sent to specific employee by unique email address to inform them of what is occurring (no response necessary on their end) Coordinator answers questions in tool and then SharePoint notifies task creator of completion (myself) Task creator closes the task if all information is correct Can this be done? If so, can someone help me create this? I have tried a few times and have not been successful and this would save a lot of time for us! Thanks!! Rick
