[Windows 11] Hover on taskbar apps don't get preview when open multiple windows of the same app
Is this a glitch or features? I have the problem since the first Windows 11 Insider Preview (Dev Channel, Build 22000.51). But it seems haven't be fixed yet. My current OS build is 22000.176 (Beta Channel). Windows 11 22533 breaks taskbar positioning.
It seems that the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3 resets every time explorer.exe starts. For instance, if I change the position of the Taskbar (00 -> 03), then save, and then reboot explorer, the registry resets, and the taskbar remains in the bottom of the screen. Please attend to this.
Windows 11 start menu not clickable
When the taskbar is centered i can't click inside the start menu but if i place it on the left, it is possible. Then the terminal had the same problem, if i place it on the center i can't click but i can in the left. It's like something is blocking the screen center. The problem only happens with this programs, it is very weird. I attached a video. Bring back the ability to hold Shift + click on pinned icons on Taskbar to open multiple instances of the app Windows 10 has this useful feature but it's missing in Windows 11, where you could hold Shift and then click (left-click) on a pinned app icon on taskbar that is already open, in order to open another instance of the app. for example the file explorer, browser, media player, text editor, calculator and so on. Bug windows 11 with icons and files .png
Hello there, I've had a big problem for a few days now. My taskbar icons have disappeared. Also in the explorer, .png files are no longer displayed, only a default icon is displayed. I have already tried all the manipulations which are related to the restart of the explorer.exe, to empty the cache of the icons, etc. but nothing works. I noticed sometimes icons of the Pinned programs on the taskbar get a while background around them, like this: and in some cases the icon itself is replaced with this placeholder (this is File Explorer) I haven't submitted a feedback on Feedback hub app yet, they happen very randomly at the moment and they are fixed usually after a minute or two. anyone else experiencing the same thing on this build?Possible official solution to Win 11 taskbar error?
Hi everyone! I know so much people have the same problem related to the issues with the Windows 11 taskbar. One of the most common problems is that the taskbar does not appear or simply does not show anything or allows to click on it. I have been looking for a solution and found a forum where some MVPs (from latin america, here is the link https://answers.microsoft.com/es-es/windows/forum/all/problema-en-barra-de-inicio-windows-11-no-carga/8bf82352-417f-4838-bf1b-db71f34983a8) says that an official solution to solve the problem is: Official Solution: Step 1: Use CTRL-ALT-DEL and choose to open Task Manager. Step 2: Choose "More details" at the bottom of Task Manager to expand Task Manager. Step 3: Go to "File" and choose "Run New Task". Step 4: Type "cmd" in the "Open" field. Step 5: Paste the following: reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\IrisService /f && shutdown -r -t 0 Step 6: Hit enter, and then your PC should restart. After rebooting, everything should be back to normal. Taskbar Behavior - not available on my Win 11
I just installed Windows 11 Pro and did all the updates. My Microsoft account is active. However, I can't find the "Taskbar Behavior" in the taskbar settings. It seems that I am the only one who can't find it. What am I doing wrong? I have multiple monitors and I want the taskbar present in all of them. Thanks
