Hi all, We have a call queue set up for our two receptionist and it was working fine but the have noticed one small issue when getting calls through CQ. Sometimes when a call is answered by either one of our receptionists, they get another incoming call seconds later from the same number. So when another receptionist answered the call again, it shows the message "<..>" inside the blue hexagon in a middle of Teams call. See a picture below. Does anyone has got a same experience and know what's going on? Wonder whether it is a Teams error or our Call service provider (duplicating calls maybe?) Are there any ways to resolve this? Hi there, I ha been added to teams organization but I am not able to switch to that one as it is not showing in my reinstalled Android app or windows desktop application. The organisation was earlier visible before logging out but it is not visible now. I checked with my team, in web app it is showing I am still in the organization (Brillio(guest)) but in android app that isn't showing up, instead it is showing personal n other brillo organization,.i am attaching the screenshots for the same. and I did join/accept the Teams invitation email in Outlook client before. I have tried clearing the cache severaltimes and reinstalling the app too, it is not helping out, that is why I contacted for help. kindly forward it to concerning team to check on the issue I have tried and read the previous discussion but nothing helped. i cannot connect to my teams group . i have d re-installing and allowing cookies still doesnt work .it continually says more information required? please r e mail for a fix i have tried microsoft remote team who have sent me here??? i get this AADSTS50020: User account 'tdancymoore@hotmail.co.uk' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'dancy' and cannot access the application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346'(Microsoft Teams Web Client) in that tenant. Hello, My Teams program has stopped working since the 25th. I click on the icon, enter the feed and it keeps loading, but it won't open! Procedures already tried: - Uninstall and reinstall the program. - Sign out of the user and sign in again. Nothing did. Can someone help me? When I type any any word, it shows that there is no matching result even there are team member of general channel. So I tried to add new member of team, but it works.
