Including People Profile Data in SharePoint Search Results
Hello Community, When defining a new Result Source, there's a section where you can specify the result type. It can either be a "SharePoint Search Results" OR "People Search Results". My understanding is if you pick "SharePoint Search Results", SP would append "-ContentClass=urn:content-class:SPSPeople" in the end of your query string automatically to exclude people profile data. I read several articles about using Result Block along with Display Template to integrate People result in a normal Result Source. Is it technically possible to create a Result Source that both returns SharePoint results and People data? Thanks in advance!
