I could not find documentation that would clearly state licenses needed when extending Copilot for Sales. For example, if users have D365 sales enterprise license, can I extend Copilot for Sales with Copilot Studio by adding new topic that starts a flow and returns message to user in the Copilot for Sales side panel in D365? Or does this require the separate Copilot for Sales license?Cannot see added fields when saving an email through the Outlook add in
Hi there, We have selected fields in the Copilot for Sales Settings panel that should allow us to set those fields when we are saving an email in Outlook. This should add those fields in the Outlook add in save panel here: However, our fields don't show up. It's worth noting that this works flawlessly in Save meetings to Dynamcs 365. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.Send rich text email notifications in Dynamics Sales
Dear All, I'm new to Dynamics Sales and this is my first post here. I have a requirement from my client to send rich text email notifications through a sequence in Dynamics Sales. However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications. Is there a way to enable rich text formatting for email notifications in Dynamics Sales, or are there any workarounds or third-party solutions that can achieve this? Dear all, Saving emails with Copilot for Sales form Outlook works as intended except in once case. When a sales person first sends an email to a CRM contact - it will be tracked in CRM. If there is no response the Sales will reply to that same email (that is already saved in CRM) to the same CRM contact person - which should be the same thread, but that Replay email is not being saved in CRM. The Sales would have to go and save it manually again. Is there a reason for this? Hello everyone, I've been striving to implement Copilot for Sales within our sales team. However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this. Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively. Hi Currently having some trouble seeing attachments associated to the email in the Timeline related to the record I am saving the email to. Hi, I am new to the Sales Copilot AI setup. I have been watching videos and have seen that contacts can be added to the CRM system fairly easily. Can you also make someone a lead from Outlook, through Sales Copilot, to the CRM system with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise License? Also, can you create opportunities the same way or is it a simple you can add leads/contacts to opps and edit opps kinda thing?
