Target Audience issue in Highlighted Content web part
We have a SP 2019 communication site and a SP Online communication site. We observed Target audience property is available for Highlighted Content web part in SP online and not available in SP 2019. Can someone help me understand if this has something to do with some configurations in SP 2019 or this property is not available in SP2019 for Highlighted content webpart? Thanks
